Promoted and organised by the Friends of St Mary’s, the Mixed Medley and More Concert on the afternoon of Sunday 24th November was very popular. We enjoyed good music and light hearted performances from Chalgrove Brass Ensemble, Glynn Leaney, Bucks Voices, and Marian and Massimo Nicolosi. Russell Kilmister compered the show with great panache and had us all joining in a capello with “Always look on the bright side of life”. The Friends provided delicious teas in the interval. Thank you to all our entertainers who gave us their talent and time without charge, and to all who worked and enjoyed this pleasurable event. £400 was raised to support the life and work of the church.
