On Palm Sunday we remembered the day Jesus Christ rode into Jerusalem on a donkey, to the cheers of a crowd, who waved palm branches in celebration. Only a few days later, he was arrested, and executed … but that was not the end of the story! We gathered with Revd Stephen our Methodist minister for a Messy Church service of songs, processions, crafts, activities, and fun.
Sadly J.D. the shetland pony was unwell, but we look forward to meeting him another time.
